1. A guardian, who wishes to admit his ward, should obtain all necessary papers from the School Office on payment of requisite charges.
   1. A receipt for the amount paid should be obtained and retained. It must be produced whenever required.
   2. Even after making the Prospectus and other papers available to a guardian, the School reserves the right not to register the name of or admit a student to the School.
2. The name of the student should be registered by submitting the Registration Form, duly filled in and complete in all respects, to the Director as soon as possible. At the time the Registration Form is submitted, the Director will inform the guardian of the date and time of the Admission Test.
3. Both the parents of the student should be present at the time the Registration Form is submitted to the Director. If for any reason one parent is unable to attend, the Director/School Office should be informed in writing of the fact and the reason thereof well in advance.
4. Please note that registration does not ensure a call for an Admission Test or guarantee admission.
5. The result of the Admission Test will be conveyed personally by the Director to the guardian.
6. The decision of the Academic Council of the School regarding admission to all classes will be final and binding on all applicants for admission and their parents/guardians.
7. All formalities regarding admission should be completed by the date noted on the Admission Form, failing which the provisional admission granted will stand automatically cancelled.
8. Once admission is granted to any class, no fee, excepting the Security Deposit, after adjustments if any, will normally be refunded even if the student is withdrawn from the School without having attended a single class.

1. The School reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student if there is a report of serious misconduct or breach of discipline against him. The decision of the Academic Council of the School in all such cases will be final and binding on the student and his guardian/s.
2. If the admission/provisional admission of a student is cancelled by the School on any ground whatsoever within four months of the date of his admission, the liability of the School will be limited only to the extent of refunding the following fees at the rate indicated against each:
   1. Admission Fee (less an Administrative Charge of Rs.5000.00)
   2. Annual Charges (proportionately*)
   3. Security Deposit (after deduction of School dues, if any)
   4. Tuition Fees (proportionately*)
   5. Laboratory Fees (proportionately*)

*Any broken period will be treated as a month.

1. In case a guardian wishes to withdraw his ward from the School, he should inform the School in writing at least three months in advance or pay three months’ fees in lieu thereof.
2. A Transfer Certificate will be issued only if a guardian applies for it in writing to the Director and after due clearance from all the concerned departments of the School has been received.
3. No fee, excepting the Security Deposit, after adjustment of dues, if any, will be refunded.
